This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are used on cherryfans.com (the "Service") and why. Read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember information about your visit—like your login state and preferences—so subsequent visits work properly.

2. Cookies We Use

2.1 Strictly Necessary (always on, no consent required)

2.2 Functional (consent required where applicable)

cf_theme — remembers your light/dark theme preference. Set when you toggle theme in Settings.

2.3 Analytics (consent required)

We use PostHog for product analytics, configured to:

Anonymize IP addresses;
Not collect form input contents;
Respect Do-Not-Track headers.

2.4 Third-Party Cookies

CCBill — payment processor. Cookies are set on the CCBill checkout page (not on cherryfans.com directly) for fraud prevention. Governed by CCBill's privacy policy.
Persona / Yoti — age verification. Cookies set during the verification flow only.
Bunny.net — media CDN. Sets technical cookies for cache routing only; no user tracking.

3. Managing Cookies

You can control cookies in several ways:

Consent banner (EU/UK) — accept, reject, or customize on first visit.
Browser settings — most browsers let you block or delete cookies. See your browser's help section.
Do-Not-Track — we honor DNT signals for analytics cookies.

Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will break login and core functionality.

4. Other Tracking Technologies

We do not use browser fingerprinting, third-party advertising trackers, or social-media pixels.

5. Changes

Material changes to this policy will be communicated by email and/or in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
