Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Because the Service delivers digital content and access immediately upon purchase, all subscription, pay-per-view, tip, and custom-request charges are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated below.

2. Exceptions Where We Will Refund

Despite the above, CherryFans LLC will issue a refund—at its sole discretion—in the following situations:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a billing error on our side.
  • Unauthorized transactions arising from confirmed account compromise that you reported within 30 days of the charge.
  • Documented platform error that prevented you from receiving the content you paid for.
  • Statutory requirements in your jurisdiction (e.g., EU 14-day cooling-off period—see Section 4).

Refund decisions are made within 5 business days of a complete request.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@cherryfans.com with the following:

  • The email address on your account;
  • The date and amount of the charge;
  • The descriptor as it appears on your statement (typically CF*HELP.COM);
  • A clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

4. EU / UK Consumers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a contract for digital content within 14 days of purchase—unless you expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that doing so waives your withdrawal right (which is the case for all paid features on this Service).

At checkout, EU/UK consumers are required to expressly tick a box confirming they wish to begin enjoying the digital content immediately and waive the 14-day withdrawal period. If you wish to exercise the withdrawal right before consenting, simply do not tick that box and do not complete the purchase.

5. Subscription Cancellation (Stops Future Charges)

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. You retain access to subscriber-only content until the end of the period you have already paid for.

To cancel, go to Wallet → Active subscriptions → Cancel, or email billing@cherryfans.com.

6. Free Trials

Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled. We send a reminder email at least 48 hours before conversion. No refund will be issued for a charge that occurs because you did not cancel before conversion.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback through your card issuer in lieu of contacting us directly may result in immediate, permanent termination of your account and forfeiture of unused subscription time. We will fully cooperate with the issuer's investigation and provide relevant evidence (account activity, IP logs, content delivered).

If you have a billing dispute, please email us first—we resolve most issues within one business day.

8. No Refunds for Specific Reasons

The following are not grounds for a refund:

  • Forgetting to cancel a subscription or free trial;
  • Dissatisfaction with content (you are paying for access, not for any specific output);
  • Account suspension or termination resulting from your violation of our Terms of Service;
  • Inability to access the Service due to issues outside our control (e.g., your ISP, geographic restrictions imposed by your local government).
