The Service offers, among other features: subscription access, pay-per-view ("PPV") media unlocks, direct messaging, tips, and custom content requests.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to access most features. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.

5. Subscriptions, Tips, and Pay-Per-View

  • Subscriptions recur automatically at the price and interval shown at purchase. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

  • Engage in harassment, threats, doxxing, or attempts to identify, contact, or solicit any real-world person depicted or implied;
  • Discuss, promote, or solicit illegal activities, including but not limited to: minors, non-consensual acts, real violence, animals, incest, or prostitution;
  • Use the Service to launder funds, commit fraud, or violate any law;
  • Circumvent geographic, age, or payment restrictions;
  • Upload malware, attempt to compromise the Service, or interfere with other Users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and design elements on the Service are owned by CherryFans LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any redistribution, reposting, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

All Creator profiles, photographs, videos, and chat responses on the Service are generated or substantially assisted by artificial intelligence. No real human person is depicted as the subject of any explicit imagery on the Service. Creator personas are fictional. Any resemblance to a real person is unintentional and coincidental.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for any breach of these Terms or any conduct we determine, in good faith, to be harmful to the Service, its Users, or third parties. You may terminate by deleting your account in Settings.

12. Disclaimers

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHERRYFANS' TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CHERRYFANS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). CHERRYFANS IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CherryFans LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or damage arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Cheyenne, Wyoming, under the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules. You and CherryFans waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
